Plans, Trial and Billing
EnvManager has one plan for teams, called Pro, and a custom Enterprise plan for organizations that need SSO, a signed DPA or an SLA. Every new workspace starts on a full Pro trial.
The 14-day trial
When you create your organization, a 14-day Pro trial starts automatically. You do not enter a card, and nothing is charged at the end.
During the trial you have everything Pro has: unlimited members, projects and environments, every integration, the CLI, proxy functions and the audit log.
What happens when the trial ends
Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Your variables, projects, team and history stay exactly where they were.
To keep working, open Settings → Billing and upgrade. Access is restored the moment the payment goes through. You can also export your data at any time from Settings → Account, trial or not.
What Pro costs
Pro is one flat price for the whole team. There is no per-seat or per-member charge, so inviting more people never changes the invoice.

Annual billing works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments. Both can be cancelled at any time from the billing page.
Founding-teams pricing
The first 50 teams to start a paid subscription are founding teams. A founding team keeps the founding price for as long as its subscription stays active, even after the public price moves to $19 for new teams.
The number of spots left is shown live on the pricing page. It comes straight from our database, so it is never a marketing estimate.
Two details worth knowing:
- The spot is claimed the moment your paid subscription starts, not when you sign up for the trial. Starting a trial does not reserve one.
- If a founding team cancels and later comes back, it comes back at the price that applies at that time.
The 30-minute migration guarantee
Most teams paste their .env, invite the team, connect a platform and pull with the CLI in well under half an hour. If you are not migrated and syncing within 30 minutes of starting, book a migration call and we do it together, for free. This applies during the trial and after you have upgraded.
Bring whatever you have: .env files, a Doppler or Infisical export, or variables that only exist inside a Dokploy or Coolify application.
The two limits Pro does have
Members, projects, environments, variables, integrations and CLI tokens are unlimited. Two things are bounded:
- Audit log retention. The audit log is kept for 90 days on monthly billing and 365 days on annual billing. Version history of variable values is kept regardless, so rollback keeps working.
- Proxy functions. Pro includes 25 proxy functions and 5,000 proxied calls per month. Above that, traffic keeps flowing and the overage is billed at the end of the period. There is a hard stop at ten times the included amount so a runaway script cannot produce a surprise bill. See Proxy usage and billing.
Enterprise
If you need SAML single sign-on, a signed data processing agreement, custom access policies, an uptime SLA or invoice billing, get in touch. Enterprise is quoted per organization.
