EnvManager is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitX disclaims all warranties, including:

DigitX's total cumulative liability arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in fees for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or €100, whichever is greater.

EnvManager integrates with and relies on various third-party services and platforms, including but not limited to: Vercel, Railway, Render, GitHub, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure (deployment integrations), Supabase (authentication and database, hosted in Frankfurt, EU), Stripe (payment processing), PostHog (analytics), Google Ads (advertising), Brevo (marketing emails), and Mailgun (transactional emails). These services enable the operation, payment processing, communication, and deployment features of EnvManager. You acknowledge that:

DigitX is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies

DigitX does not endorse or guarantee the security practices of integrated third-party services

Data transmitted to third-party services may be subject to different security and privacy standards

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, and DigitX does not store your full credit card details

Email delivery depends on the availability and performance of Brevo (marketing) and Mailgun (transactional), which are beyond DigitX's direct control

5. Security Disclaimer & Shared Responsibility Model

While EnvManager employs industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit, no system is completely immune from security breaches or unauthorized access. Security is a shared responsibility model:

DigitX assumes no liability for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, weak credentials, compromised systems, or failure to secure integration points with third-party services.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, DigitX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content, documentation, or information provided through EnvManager. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of environment variables, configurations, and sensitive data stored within the platform before deploying to production environments.
